Springdale Kiwanis Baseball - Baseball The Ripken Way
Springdale Kiwanis Baseball is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to serve the kids of Springdale by offering a fun, educational baseball experience. We strive to maintain a balance of recreational and competitive baseball with a focus on developing players of all skill levels to be better baseball players and citizens of Springdale.
We are organized under the Springdale Noon Kiwanis Club and chartered with Babe Ruth League baseball. Our activities are overseen by an Executive Board and carried out by the Cal Ripken Board of Commissioners for ages 5 through 12 and the Babe Ruth Board of Commissioners for ages 13 through 15. Visit the League Officials site page for the names and contact information of individuals who serve on these volunteer boards.
We provide two seasons of baseball, a Spring league and a Fall league. The Spring league is for ages 5 through 15. The spring regular season play culminates in the City Tournament, All-star selection, and the All-star tournament trail. Sign-ups for the Spring season typically begin in January. The Fall league is an instructional focused seasoned that begins shortly after school starts each fall. Standings are not maintained during the Fall league. Because many of our adjacent communities do not have a Fall season, we have many players from other communities who come play with us in the fall. When signups are open, there will be an icon on the upper right side of our homepage to signup online.

Because of the premiere facilities that Springdale is fortunate to have, there are many USSSA tournaments right here in our hometown. For weekend travel tournament information, go to www.arkansasbaseballtournaments.com. The proceeds Springdale Kiwanis receives from these tournaments is put directly into the league programs that serve all Springdale ball players.
